Pick-up the number of double rooms

Booking mode:

• After confirmation of your dates : a booking contract summarizing all your rental details will be emailed to your attention under pdf, for your signature,
• After sending back your signed contract under pdf : a request for payment with necessary details will be emailed back to you.

Payment terms:

100% of the total amount must be paid to allow booking firm confirmation. Till full payment, HANGING VILLA remains open to bookings

2 possible modes of payment :

(transfer fees remain at the client’s charge and are applicable for both below modes):

• Bank transfer in THB : (Bank transfer are at the client’s charge and may vary according to your bank, our local Thai bank are also at the clients’charge)
• PayPal in THB : (a fixed fee of +5% on the total booking amount is applicable)

Booking confirmation: After full reception of your payment, a receipt will be issued and sent to the client.

Cancellation conditions:

• 50% of the total amount can be refunded if the cancellation is done latest 90 days prior scheduled arrival date.
• If the cancellation is made later than 90 dates prior arrival date, no refund will be possible.

When arriving in the villa :

• A compulsory check-in cash deposit against keys is requested :
  – 3 to 5 bedrooms : 1 000 euros or 40 000 THB
  – 1 to 2 bedrooms : 600 euros or 24 000 THB

Due charges:

• Water consumption : fixed fee of 40 THB / day / room (or studio), the payment is done at the beginning of the stay,
• Electricity consumption: electricity remains at the client’s expense and is due when leaving HANGING VILLA (8 THB/KWH). A meter reading will be made with the client when checking in and checking out.
