HANGING VILLA is a high-end fully equipped villa (400 Sq m) divided in 2 levels.
HANGING VILLA overlooks the Lamaï Bay and the beautiful coconut grove. It offers an extraordinary 280 degrees view on both levels and is situated in a quiet area due to its elevated location.
Located 1.5 km from the Lamaï beach, which is considered the most beautiful beach of Koh Samui, HANGING VILLA is also conveniently close to shops and restaurants.
The top level is a 270 Sq m villa with 3 bedrooms, an infinity pool with it its integrated Jacuzzi, an exterior dining area, a sun-bed area, an outside living room, and a private parking.
The lower level has 2 independent studios, 65 Sq m each, entirely equipped with their own private panoramic terrace, private mini-pool (2,50m x 1,50m) & access to the private parking. The access from one studio to another is possible via a connecting door which can be locked on both sides. This leaves the option of having a private studio and terrace.
