STUDIO FLOOR:
  • 2 private terraces, each equipped with a private mini-pool and sheltered with a shadow-providing roof. Magnificent view on Lamaï Bay and its unique coconut grove.
    The 2 studios can be connected or separated thanks to a sliding door. A locker each side will preserve your privacy.
    A low table and 2 sun-beds per studio.
Pool
VILLA MAIN FLOOR:
  • Overflowing infinity swimming pool with a panoramic view 7m x 3,50m (depth: 1,50 m). An angle Jacuzzi with an integrated tile bench. Cleaning service every 3 days.
STUDIO FLOOR:
  • A private mini-pool (2,50m x 1,50m) per studio. Cleaning service every 3 days.
Inside living area
VILLA MAIN FLOOR:
  • Large open space salon with a 3 seater sofa, a pouf, a coffee table, a high wooden table with 8 comfortable high bar stools.
    Independent toilets with washbasin and WC.
    Lounge sound system with centralized control.
STUDIO FLOOR:
  • Bar and 2 high stools,
    Sound system with centralized control per studio,
    The 2 studios can be connected or separated thanks to a sliding door. A locker both side preserves each studio privacy.
Kitchen
VILLA MAIN FLOOR:
  • A fully equipped American style kitchen open on the living area: induction hob with 4 plates, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven, large size fridge, expresso coffee machine, boiler, toaster, rice-cooker, blender.
STUDIO FLOOR:
  • Per studio: a mini equipped kitchen (induction plates, micro-wave oven, fridge, expresso coffee machine, boiler, toaster and rice-cooker) with a bar and 2 bar high stools.
3 Bedrooms 2 Studios
VILLA MAIN FLOOR:
  • 1 Master bedroom with a four-poster King-size bed, a dressing room, a well-designed built-in wardrobe cabinet, a large size safe.
  • 2 Guest bedrooms with a King-size bed, a well-designed built-in wardrobe cabinet, a large size private safe.
STUDIO FLOOR:
  • In each studio, a King-size bed, a well-designed built-in wardrobe cabinet, a large size private safe.
5 Bathrooms
5 bathrooms with Italian style walk-in shower and WC.
All equipped with hair-dryer and a welcome kit (hand soap, shower gel, shampoo) renewed every 3 days.
2 cotton kimonos with assorted slippers, 2 shower towels, 2 hand towels et 2 pool towels per bedroom or studio.

Air Conditioning Centralized air conditioning and ceiling wooden fans in each living and bedroom.
Household Maintenance Everyday. Bed sheets, shower and pool towels, every 3 days.
TV / Music 6 flat screen wired TVs, a DVD player. The main salon area of the villa is equipped with a widescreen TV with surround 5.1 effect.
Internet & wifi Included

RULES OF THE HOUSE

  • Check-in: 2pm – Check out: 12pm,
  • Welcome kit: 2 bottles of water, 3 sodas and 2 coffee pods in each room – replaced every 3 days + a fruit basket,
  • Deposit: to be paid upon arrival & reimbursed when leaving: 40 000 THB / 1 000 €,
  • Behaviour Rules: The Owner requires a family atmosphere, calm and not disrupting nor noisy, silence is required after 10 PM, no party with outside guests is allowed,
  • Guest number: the villa is rented for a fixed number of resident guests, additional guests are not allowed to stay in the villa in addition to the number of guests planned in the rental contract,,
  • Availability : Between 3 and 7 nights stay minimum – depending on the season,
  • Ameneties : Towels, bed sheets included. 2 hours of cleaning a day, change of bed sheets and towels every 3 days,
  • Pool maintenance: every 3 days,
  • Airport transfer: Not included – can be requested upon booking,
  • Water: 40 THB /day /room (the payment is done at the beginning of the stay),
  • Electricity: 8 THB / kwh (the payment is done at the end of the stay after checking the electric meters before and after the stay),
  • Smoking: Admitted outside only. Ashtrays are available, strictly forbidden to throw cigarette butts over the balcony. Cleaning, if needed, will be deducted from the deposit.
  • Towels: Not to be taken outside of the villa,
  • Pets are not allowed,
  • Inflatable pool float are forbidden in the pool and in the Jacuzzis,
  • A la carte on demand requests are possible on site through the Manager of the villa, such as car & scooter rentals, booking of activities, cleaning services.
